SkyLight Chat is a business communication platform that helps businesses communicate with their customers through one unified platform. By visiting our platform or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. They apply to all users. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our platform.
"Company" refers to SkyLight Chat. "User" means any person who accesses the platform. "Service" includes services we provide and third-party services. "Platform" is the computing framework on which applications run. "Personal Information" means data relating to an identifiable person (name, signature, address, phone number, date of birth, etc.).
You shall not use the platform or service in a manner that infringes intellectual property or other rights, violates any law, or is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene. Do not jeopardize account security (yours or others'), attempt to obtain passwords from other users, violate network security, run spam or auto-responders, crawl or scrape the service, copy significant content, or decompile or reverse-engineer the service. A violation is grounds for termination of your right to use or access the service.
You shall not provide system passwords to third parties; share non-public system features or content; access the system to build a competitive product or copy ideas; or engage in web or data scraping. If we suspect violation, we may suspend your access without advance notice.
You are responsible for your use of the platform (including unauthorized or terms-violating conduct), and for any use through your account or passwords, whether authorized or not.
You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, including protecting your password and log-in information. Notify us immediately if you know or suspect unauthorized use or a security breach.
In using the platform, you shall comply with all applicable laws, including those governing the protection of personally identifiable information and your content.
Different subscription plans are available at specified prices. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through the dashboard. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or service (including loss of revenues, profits, goodwill, use, data). The service and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not represent that the system will perform without interruption or error, or that it is secure from hacking or that your content will remain private.
Using and sharing content online involves risks of unauthorized disclosure. By submitting your content or data to the system, you assume those risks. We offer no representation or guarantee that your data will not be exposed through the system or through errors or the actions of third parties.
All intellectual property rights for the platform and services are owned by SkyLight Chat. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the service without prior written permission is not allowed.
You acknowledge the collection, use, disclosure, and handling of information described in our Privacy Policy, which we may update from time to time.
We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access if we think you are creating problems or legal liabilities, infringing third-party rights, or acting inconsistently with these Terms or our policies.
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use or access following posting of changes constitutes acceptance.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
